Me again

I planned to go for a longish run but only did about 5 miles in the end as it started to hail.
But I do feel a little more balanced & brighter, so I thought I'd pop in to say thanks for all of the hugs.
I really appreciate everyone's kindness.

For me??? Luverly Alan. You spoil me. (Not that I'm complaining;-)) Thank you muchly for the birthday wishes. I'm trying to ignore the fact that I'm yet *another* year older. :-(
