I went for a good nine mile run this morning. There'd been a heavy frost & it was really cold but the sun was shining & the air felt so crisp - it was great. It's now seven weeks until my Half- Marathon & I'm feeling good with how my training is progressing. :-)

I bought a new dvd player last week & I really have to squee about it. This thing can play anything - DVD, DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW, (S)VCD, DivX, CD, MP3-CD, CD-R/RW & more! I'm sure if I put a slice of bread in it would give me toast. And all this for less than £60! I'm really impressed plus it means I can watch all my Teh Hewlett DivX files on the big telly & not huddled in front of my PC.
If anyone's interested it's the Philips DVP5100 & there's even a 10 second fix to make it multi-region. Cool!
