+ running!Steve finds another of those envelopes, etc, etc, but who cares about plot when there's all that long, lean muscle on show? Rowr!

+ cool plug for the Cystic Fibrosis surfing charity (that Scotty Caan helped out with a while back.)

+ Danny's going to interview the models! Love Steve's reaction (& Kono's 'You're so busted' & Chin's chuckle!) Oh, Danny, everyone knows just who you belong to. ;)

+ 'You go home, you grieve, you get strong.' Oh, Steve! So stoic & broken (& still completely gorgeous!) *meep*

+ Oh, hai, Kono's new love interest guy.

+ I swear I had something to say about this scene, but I'm just drowning in those eyes... ♥

And how cute are those little curls that Steve (Alex) has at his nape now his hair is growing out?

+ Love the way Steve asks Alana (?) if he can sit down by her on the beach. Gentleman!Steve... *meep* Also great shot of sexy sand boots/tee/green cargoes outift. Fnngh!

+ More gratuitous tongue - Steve this time. Danny's so enthralled he's got a little tongue action going on, too, while he's ogling Steve's chest biceps tats... Steve.

+ Oh, Chin... this is such a bad idea! :(

I'm torn over the longer hair. On the positive side - those finger-itching curls ♥, but on the negative side - we don't see the sexy grey so much... Life is so hard sometimes. ;)

Steve's looks in the loveseat scene could not be more smitten. Hearteyes pre-installed for your iconning convenience!

I'm afraid I'm laughing at the Danny h/c trailer:

1. "I can't breathe!" -- he breathes. Srsly, Scotty, haven't you ever heard someone try to talk when they truly can't breathe? With the strangled and the croaking?

2. We see Danny in a hospital bed presumably being treated for inhaling something toxic. YET --

a. no oxygen mask, much less tubes.

b. he's wearing a smudged T-shirt, not a hospital garment

Basically, as "hurt" goes this is *incredibly* amateurish. Fandom better get on the case and re-write these scenes to make me not laugh.

To be fair though, when I'm having a severe respiratory attack from allergies or bronchitis and someone asks me what is wrong, I usually tell them "I can't breathe". As in "I can't breathe properly at the moment and get enough air."

I'm not expecting completely accurate plot or whatever since this is Hawaii Five-O, but I don't think we can tell from the trailer that it's going to be complete crap.

Also, the rest of this episode should just be called "Hearteyes: Steve Has Them." Because that's pretty much what I took away from this episode. :D

I like this show. I've watched only three episodes adn I am inlove. I wish I had a link to past shows to watch because I don't want to miss any this summer in re-runs. I didn't orginally watch this because Michael Shanks didn't get the part of Danny.... but the casting is so perfect, I can understand why. Scotty the Hotty is one nice tiny package of yum.

I was flailing like crazy over this ep. So many Steve and Danny gems, and the scenes with Kamekona were hilarious!

I loved Danny's leap and slide over the back of that car, too. And it's ten times cooler because it was Scott who did that, not a stunt double. GO SCOTTY!

Yeah, I was trying to see if it was a stunt guy. It certainly looked like Scott the entire time, but I remembered him saying in an interview that he was happy to let his double do stuff until he was fully healed from his knee problem. Of course, he may well have healed. :)

The scene with Kamekona was my favorite this ep! (And...maybe the bench scene too. Haha) Thanks for posting the shot with Steve giving him the thumbs up! It is still beyond me how Steve can be Rambo one moment and then so damn adorable the next. He is clearly lethal on all fronts. ;)

Guh, these guys know how to open a show. Talk about getting your attention. Heck, I would have watched an hour of Steve running. Nice shots - front and back! (I'm glad they've given up trying to cover the tats) I loved that the ep featured all the team - flirting for Kono, oh no Chin and awesome banter (and flirting and touching) for Steve and Danny. It was a really good Team ep, wasn't it? Everybody had a lot to do, plus there's stuff moving on into the next ep.
This is definitely one to re-watch (um, I may have watched it 4 times already. *g*)
