Life really does begin at 40!

bluespiritI'm having such a wonderful birthday & it's only lunchtime!
I've had flowers delivered this morning from my Mom & can now actually look at the gorgeous roses that Mr B got me yesterday. *g*
I've been lucky to be given some beautiful presents - including some gorgeous jewellery from![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
xanthelj & tallgreentrees. Mr B bought me an incredible pau shell necklace too, that has a definite 'Atlantis' feel to the design & the green tones of the shell.
I feel so lucky (lucky, lucky, lucky! Yes, I'm wearing Kylie's 'Darling' perfume that Mr B bought me! *g* Okay, I know it's slightly naff but I tried some when we saw the Kylie exhibition at the V&A & really liked it! *g*)
Oh, & Rask sent me a Yoda card that talks! LOL Love it, I do! *g*
And I'm expecting some family & friends to pop round for tea & cake this afternoon.
Thank you so much to everyone who has left me birthday wishes, pics, virtual gifts & cards. There are so many that I'm truly overwhelmed.
I have the best flist ever - you're so wonderful!
