ooh, tank you, thank you so much! Now I just got to get my ipod fixed but I'll be downloading them meanwhile. Hey, do you know where I should go? Send it to Apple or what? I think it's the battery( it won't charge or show up on my computer at all.) but I don't know for show. But thanks again hun and ignore my question if you want.

Have you tired the help pages? You might find that you can reset it yourself.

Actually I have. I need to spend more time going thru them but thanks for the idea. Hope I can figure it out soon.
