Bits & pieces

I had been thinking about trying to sign up as an artist for this year's mcshep_match but I'm so focused on writing my BB story at the moment that I think it's best to avoid any distractions. I'd love to take part (if either team actually wanted me!) but this story is taking over my brain! *g*

I tend not to read fanfic if I'm busy writing something very involved & so I'm currently re-reading all the Lord Peter Wimsey novels.
*happy sigh*
I bought them when I was a teenager & thought that Peter & Harriet were the most romantic couple in the world. It's lovely to revisit them - though there may be a danger of John calling someone 'a good egg' & Rodney wearing a monocle in my BB! ;-)
I'm also trying to track down the Edward Petherbrige/Harriet Walters BBC adaptation to watch again. I don't think I've ever seen them being shown since the original airing in 1987.

Hmmm, now I want a Lord Peter icon! *g*

We're going to see the new Terminator this evening. I'd prefer to go & see Star Trek again, to be honest as two viewings is nowhere near enough!
I loved the original Terminators (well, 1 & 2) but I'm not too keen on what I've heard/read about this new one. Still, Mr B wants to go & we are having dinner out first, so I don't really mind. *g*

Bud went into the field with the horses this morning & then couldn't find his way out. LOL
I had to search along the fence to find a gap for him to squeeze back under. Oh, Buddy! ♥
