[livejournal.com profile] pirate_hussies came around yesterday & we had a fab day watching season 2 eps of Atlantis & generally squeeing about how gorgeous & totally in love John & Rodney are! ♥ There was a smattering of Ronon ogling too 'cus well, *guh* - he's a fine figure of a man!
We also ate some very, very nice choc chip cookies that Mr B had thoughtfully bought that morning while I was out doing my big run. I actually ran out of time ('cus I needed to get back for the squeefest!) & did just over eleven miles. It was a really cold but bright day & I did enjoy the run. I kept up a decent pace, despite quite a few hills, & was really pleased with how my knee held up. I'm feeling pleasantly sore today - that 'I've done a long run' kind of soreness not that 'omg I've buggered my knee/ankle/calf' kind of soreness. (g)
It's now two weeks until my Half M. Here's my training schedule for this week if anyone wants a look.

Week 11 (of 12) )

And a quick Rascal update. :-) He had his stitches out this morning & everything is fine - he's healed really well & the op was a complete success. Phew!!! ♥
