More adventures with Bud

It was half term last week, & we took Bud to Wales & the beach for the day.
We had such a wonderful time. It was cold but beautifully sunny. Perfect!


I absolutely love this pic!  Once we're in our new home, I'm going to get this made into a big canvas print for the wall.

Still no luck finding anywhere yet, I'm afraid. We were due to view a property yesterday, only to have it cancelled as a cash offer 'considerably over the asking price' had already been accepted! Crikey - we didn't even get a foot in the door! *g*

We thought that we were in quite a good position (we have no mortgage & just a short chain) but obviously, cash tops that!
