House update

Well, we've chosen an agent & they came yesterday to take photos & measure up for the brochure.
Hopefully, we should be live on the market by the weekend!
One very nice side effect is that the house is absolutely sparkling! *g* I mean, I am kind of a neat freak anyway, but now the place is completely pristine! LOL

We've viewed a few places - one of which we're very interested in. I have to ring today to get a few things clarified &, if all is well, we may actually put in an offer! *fc*

I know! It's only the third property that we've looked at, but we really like it.
We haven't heard if they've accepted our offer yet - I'm on tenterhooks! And yes, if they do, we still have to sell. Fortunately, things on our little estate seem to sell very quickly. *fc*

Wow, that's amazingly quick and few properties. But then again if something is right; it's right. You just know when you walk in. It doesn't matter if it's the first property you see or the twenty-first or somewhere in-between.

The offer was accepted! But as we're not proceedable yet, it's being kept on the market in case they get an offer from someone who can move straight away.
We have a lot of viewings on our house this weekend, so it's fingers crossed time! :)
