Dog Day Afternoon bysgamadison (McShep)
+ I went for a really good run last night. My best yet since the knee surgery. I'm still keeping the distance low (this was only 3.6 miles) but I pushed the pace & was really pleased with how it felt. I, um, may have signed up for the Cardiff Half Marathon in the autumn. *g* Even with me having to have my other (non-running related) surgery in a few weeks, I should hopefully have plenty of time to build up the mileage again & be ready for the race. I've really missed doing long distances. A nice 15 miles or so by the water on a Sunday morning is such a joy, & I can't wait to get back to it. :)
+ An extended trailer for next week's 5-O has been released! \o/

And it looks like Steve is going to pick Grace up from school. Oh, wow - StepSteve! Yes!
