Techie help request & other stuff

Does anyone know how to add a custom made mood theme to a community please?
It seems like you have to log in to do it but it's telling me that logging in as a comm has been disabled.
If I log in as myself (maintainer of the comm) I can only load themes for my personal journal.
*sigh*
I just wanted pretty boys to be in my mood theme! :-(
Only this time it's even worse. It was fine when I was running (I'd strapped it just in case) but when I slowed down to cool down it practically gave way & I limped home.
I checked the freezer but we had no ice so I ended up sitting there with a bag of frozen garlic mushrooms strapped to my leg.
*rolls eyes*
Well, they'd been in there since 2002 & were definitely expendable! ;-)
I rubbed it with muscle embrocation last night & hoped that would do the trick. No such luck though. I was walking Rascal this morning & practically limping the entire time.
It's not so much the pain that's bothering me as the frustration. I have a running schedule all planned out & now I can't train. :-(
I think part of the problem is that it's not healing very well (it's been an on-going problem for a while now) & this may be due to me not eating enough protein. I very rarely eat meat, especially not red meat, & I just don't think I'm getting enough essential amino acids needed for repair.
So I'm making a concerted effort to try to eat more protein & this will hopefully help it to heal.
*crosses fingers*

On a wonderfully positive note though - thank you so much
willowwing, Rolling Stone just arrived with the gorgeous Orli & Sidi! ♥
Yay!
*huggles you tight*
Aw, bless! It says that Orli wears one of Sidi's teeth on his necklace!
*loves*

I went for my usual run yesterday, in fact I didn't even go very far - only about 3 miles - & my stupidbloodyknee went again. Aaaagh!Only this time it's even worse. Date: 18 May 2005 05:04 am (UTC)So is your knee something that requires surgery? or therapy or something? My friend had to have surgery on her knee years ago.
(no subject)
Date: 18 May 2005 05:22 am (UTC)But I adore the one inside with Sidi draped around his shoulders. ♥
I'm hoping that my knee will sort itself out. It's just an injury that I picked up a few months ago & it won't seem to go away. :-(

Date: 18 May 2005 08:23 am (UTC)I thought the same thing...it just looks...off; for some reason. (but I like the close up of the charms)
But I was walking through the store and thought I had missed the issue altogether actually, so seeing the larger than average picture on the cover first thing in the morning when you're not real awake made me stop dead in the middle of the aisle. lol

Date: 18 May 2005 08:51 am (UTC)Aw, our boy's on the cover of The Rolling Stone!
Okay - I won't sing! ;-)

Date: 18 May 2005 07:08 am (UTC)LOL re frozen mushrooms (good variation on the frozen peas we always use in our house)
I hope you get some relief from the knee problem cos it just makes running so miserable otherwise (not say impossile in certain cases).
HUGS and good wishes sweetie. and sorry I'm no help at all re the techie thing :-

Date: 18 May 2005 08:00 am (UTC)I bought Rolling Stone even tho' I didn't really have the money for it, cause I was afraid they'd sell out of it, cause you know, ORLI. The cover is eh, but you can see his charms really well (including Sidi's big ol' tooth).

Date: 18 May 2005 08:21 am (UTC)Yeah - I don't really care for the RS cover but it is a great close up of his charms & Sidi's tooth! *loves*

Date: 18 May 2005 09:01 am (UTC)Then, after you've created the theme, you have to go here: http://www.livejournal.com/modify.bml Change the user to the comm you want to modify. Then, choose the theme that you created from the drop down list.
If I wasn't clear (which is pretty likely) ;) just let me know, and I'll try to clarify. *hugs you*

This gives me a definite place to start. It's good to know that it is possible & not just me being mad or something! :-)
I'll tackle this tomorrow & let you know how I get on.
Thank you again, you're a star!

And couldn't you just cuddle him when he's on UK TRL?
*happy sigh*

He was so relaxed & happy - you could tell this wasn't just another boring publicity thing for him. He really seemed at home & very natural.
Happy viewing!!

Date: 18 May 2005 11:55 pm (UTC)Now Sidi has his own pet passport (Orli said that he was 'a very British boy') & gets to travel with Orlando all around the world - he takes him to all his sets now. Currently Sidi is in the Caribbean hanging out while his Dad films PotC! (g)
Orlando has spoken about Sidi quite a bit in mag interviews lately (Sidi goes along on the press junkets too!) & also talked about him on the UK TRL. He called Sidi his angel - aw, bless! ♥
Sidi is even in the current issue of Rolling Stone!!! :-)
Um, okay - I seem to have rambled on a bit there.
Can you tell they're my OTP? ;-)
