A few thoughts & screen caps from this week's new 5-O

Okay, so plot-wise this wasn't exactly the best ep ever. But there was pretty & bad-ass & cute Steve/Danny, awesome Kono, too cool for words Chin plus Kamekona in a 'Kiss me, I'm Hawaiian' apron, so I'm happy & just totally in love with my show! \o/

So, onto the critical literary review squee...

+ wet!Steve! Of course Steve's going to go swimming, even with a broken arm - that's what plastic bags & tape are made for!

+ Kamekona!!! In a cute apron! Cooking Steve breakfast because he lost a bet! \o/

+ LOL Steve's not a spam fan. *g*

+ Kevlar! *guh*

+ Steve is so sweet with the scared little boy. His children-skills are getting so much better. (Obviously, all that time he spends with Grace when Danny has her for the weekend staying at the house has helped. What? it's personal canon. *g*)

+ FBI Lady: You cannot go after Jimmy Cannon. Steve: Watch me.

Oh, FBI Lady - don't you know who you're dealing with here? *g*

+ Heh - nice foreshadowing from Steve. "We go right through those walls." Or, you know, gates. *g*

+ Danny & Kono are so cute! LOL Danny is 'not impressed' & then Kono climbs a tree. *snort*

+ Danny: You've been hanging about with McGarrett too long.

LOL And now the show is using fanon! *g*

+ OMG! The henchman puts that money in Steve's pocket. Steve's face! You just know what he's going to do now! \o/

+ Poor Danny - he knows what's coming, too! (And buckles up.)

+ Steve... *sigh*

+ Danny!

+ Yay! Boys being cute in the car! Steve by the book! LOL Danny's reaction! \o/ 'Patriot Act for Dummies'! 'How to Nuke your Enemies'? 'War & Peace - minus the peace'! Hee! And then Steve's big, fond l-love-my-Danno-so-much smile! *meep*

+ "I answer to God & the Governor." I do love rawr!Steve. *meep*

+ I love the way Steve visually checks in with Danny so much. Like when PDiddy says that Cannon didn't order the hit. Steve looks at Danny straight away. ♥

+ The final scene. Danny: As long as you don't mind getting shot at & never get to drive your own car! Oh, Danny! ♥

Okay, so I could have done with a little less PDiddy in this ep & more of the team. But there were still some lovely little bits that made me smile & sigh with love for the boys & the Team & just the general happy-making of this show. ♥

And now there's only one ep left in the season!
