I was only actually away for the weekend but have been pretty busy since I got back with
atlantisbigbang stuff. I've:~
1. completed the art pieces for my chosen prompt story
2. sorted out an excerpt & made a graphic for my own story preview (to be posted tomorrow)
3. doing a final, final edit of my Lord John story prior to submission
\o/
As for my writing weekend - it was fabulous! I had such a great time. As usual, there were interesting discussions & think-y writing type stuff plus lots of squee & laughter.
Oh, & that saucy temptress,
lantean_drift, was pimping Sherlock/John* fic & I couldn't resist! Reading only though - as much as I adore the BBC Sherlock I still have far too many McShep stories to tell. ♥
In other news, the latest Lord Peter novel by Jill Paton Walsh has just arrived on my doorstep & I can't wait to immerse myself in it. (I must finish my Lord John edit first though - I'm being strict with myself! *g*)
* John as in Dr John Watson - not Lt. Col John Sheppard. *g*
