Bits & pieces

I've been a bit busy for the last couple of days - I've been up to my ears (literally) in black fur sewing myself a pair of black Lab ears & a tail for the half marathon on Sunday (cus we're running for the Lab Rescue!)

Bud was very interested in the furry fabric & wanted it for a toy - we compromised by him lying on it while I was working on the floor. *g*

I've also been making tee shirts for myself & Mr B (Mr B didn't want a set of ears funnily enough) with the rescue's details & a pic of the Budster on the back!
Looks like we're all set to go. Yay! Let's just hope the weather is kind on Sunday.

I've also been doing a final, final edit on my sgabigbang story as it needs to be uploaded next week. Phew! I think it's ready to go.
Oh, and I'm very excited to get my first choice of story to illustrate too (I signed up to be an artist as well as an author.)
