I, of course, had to join & post about my little Buddy black bear! ♥

Oh, he was a monkey in the night! He didn't want to go out last thing - he was too warm & comfy & wouldn't budge. Then at 4am, I'm woken by the big wet nose of doom 'cus now someone wants to go out! Oh, Buddy! *g*

Yay for new Xanthe fic!

I've been containing my squee for weeks but can now finally just explode & let it all out.
xanthelj has been writing a new story in her 'Coming Home' universe & will be posting it very soon!
Yaaaaaaaaaaay!!

Plus, I've had the honour to beta it & so totally got to read it first. Hah!

It's the John & Rodney Sheppard (& everyone else) that we know & love from 'Coming Home' & 'General & Dr Sheppard' but this time it's also a crossover with NCIS so Gibbs & his team are there too! *squee*

xanthelj has posted a little pre-post summary & taster that gives a hint of what lies ahead here. (I made some graphics that are posted there too if anyone wants a look.)

I don't want to give anything away but I will say that I loved the whole thing & that it's a wonderful, lush romance (as you'd expect) but with an intricate, intriguing plot that'll have you on the edge of your seat. Oh, yeah - & it's epic; in scale & size! Woo-hoo!

As with anything, please read the warnings - the Coming Home universe is one where BDSM is the norm. If you don't like BDSM, or don't like it portrayed in a romantic style or read the previous stories & didn't like them then that's absolutely fine - but don't read this & then flame the author because you don't like BDSM, or don't like it portrayed in a romantic style or read the previous stories & didn't like them. 'Kay? Respect everyone's right to write & read what they please & just scroll on by. Cool! :-)
