I'm off tomorrow for a writing weekend with other like-minded slashy ladies. I love this particular get-together & always feel inspired when I get home, which is good as I need to knuckle down & start my McShep Happyfest fic! Though I keep getting blind-sided by more little beach house snippets. *g*

Here's another - be warned, I wrote it as a pick-me-up for my dear xanthelj so it's warm & fluffy & all about making her smile. ♥

“Bwha?” John scuffed the back of his hand in the general direction of his nose, trying to dislodge whatever had woken him.

I love writing the boys at the beach - it's like a little mini holiday snooze in a hammock in the sunshine...
