Bit of a Buddy-related PSA + new bracelet!

We've had a bit of a scare with Buddy but everything seems to be fine, thank goodness!

In other news!
I won an auction item in the David Hewlett birthday fundraising auction a while back, to have a bracelet made for me by the insanely talented esmetickle. I sent her a pic of a necklace that I have that I've been wanting to get something co-ordinated with (it's green/purple Pau shell). I call it my Atlantis necklace as the colours & geometric shapes remind me of the glass & architecture of the city. *g*
Anyway, my bracelet arrived today & I'm absolutely thrilled with it - it's gorgeous. These photos don't really do it justice but you can see a sense of it.
Yay! Just need somewhere to wear it now. *g*
