Bits & pieces
6 Dec 2007 02:55 pmI've just sent my
sga_santa story off to the mods. I had to stop tinkering with it!
I'm really pleased with how it's turned out (my betas have said it's the best thing that I've written in this fandom! Yikes! *blush*) I just hope the recipient enjoys it now.
Had some disappointing news - Mr B & I haven't managed to get places for the London Marathon. :-( It's a shame as I was really hoping we would & could run for Cancer Research. So I'm looking round for another marathon in the Spring. If all else fails we can enter the Shakespeare Marathon that I ran this year. It's a fun event, with excellent organisation - my only criticism is that it's a two lap course. I'd much prefer one 26.2 mile lap. Still - it'll be good either way, especially as Mr B will be running with me this time.
Here's another couple of festive songs.
I'll be home for Christmas sung by Brad Paisley
Santa looked a lot like Daddy sung by Brad Paisley
Please 'right-click & save' - thanks!
Edit:
Just got our first Christmas cards!
Thank you to
meri_oddities (SGA - yay!!!),
rifleman_s &
coreopsis! Yay!
Heh - we also got one from our favourite Indian restaurant too. Sign we're good customers. *g*
