Catching up
19 Mar 2007 05:34 pmWow, it seems ages since I've posted - apart from media uploads, anyway. *g*
I've been busy training for my marathon & am very happy with the way the miles are building up. I have a half-marathon on Sunday & then it's M-Day on April 29th!
I found a really useful website that lets you put in running routes & it'll add up the mileage for you. I've found this helpful as I can never seem to get pedometers to work very accurately. The site is supposed to be about running in London but if you put your postcode in it'll bring up a map for your area. Then you just click start & the points on the route you want to run.
~
I have a couple of friends who are involved in organising Eastern Media Con. This is a new con & it looks like it's going to be a lot of fun. Unfortunately I can't attend due to the timing but I have been asked to contribute to the art show - so hopefully my McSheps & other pieces will have a brilliant, slashy old time on my behalf. *g*
( Click here for the con flyer with lots of fab details... )
