SGA fic rec (Sheppard/McKay - what else? *g*)

Just a quick fic rec.
margarks has written a McShep version of 'Pretty Woman'. John is an ex-USAF pilot turned hooker & Rodney is...well, Rodney! *g*
The author has cleverly used so many recognisable parts of the Atlantis plot line & smoothly integrated them with the basic premise of the film. It's very well done & a real pleasure to read. ♥

Festive manip!

My cold's still in full force but I think I'm starting to get on the mend.
I've been finding it a bit difficult to get into the festive spirit - this first Christmas without Dad is proving to be so hard already.
I have managed to write most of my cards & have most of the prezzies in hand too - so that's something. Though I really must make a start on putting up some decorations - a lone poinsettia probably won't cut it. *g*
However, I'm really pleased to have managed to do something festive in terms of fandom, at least. I got hit by an idea for a manip & just had to keep at it until it was done.
It's a very romantic McShep - there's snow falling, John has mistletoe & Rodney is delighted to be spending time away, just the two of them. (Yeah, I always make up a little back story for my manips. *g*)
