I've dot a code...
16 Mar 2006 01:12 pmI've got a cold. :-( I wouldn't normally moan (well, not much *g*) but this is terrible timing because it's the Half Marathon on Sunday. I'm hoping that it won't get any worse & I can shake it off by then. I will run, no matter what, as I want to raise the money for the dogs at Dogs Trust!
So I was feeling a bit low anyway when I logged on this morning, & was wondering if there'd been much response to Juxtaposition (my kinkathon fic) & I had no lj comment emails in my inbox at all. *gulp* I was thinking 'surely it wasn't *that* bad?' Then I saw an email from
xanthelj & she mentioned fb. So I checked over at
starshinedreams (my fic & art lj) & there *were* comments & people had been so kind!
*hugs lovely feedbackers*
It looks like LJ just isn't notifying me of any comments for that journal. Hmmmph! However they were kind enough to send me a reminder that that particular paid account is expiring soon! Grrr.
Oh, just spotted at play.com that Atlantis season 2 vol 2 is being released on May 8th. Yay!
And apropos of nothing, I'm currently reading Bill Bryson's Made In America. It's a really interesting read - 'an entertaining, anecdotal look at the origins of language and ideas in the USA'. *nods* I can thoroughly recommend it.
