I ran the Hydroactive Women's Challenge this morning & had a fabulous time!
It was very hot & sunny & the new course is much more undulating than the old one (I don't like running uphill! LOL)
But I managed a respectable 30 mins 5secs. I was disappointed to have just missed breaking 30 mins but never mind, I ran at a good, consistent pace & am pleased with how I did, especially with the heat & hills. (g) I also felt really great afterwards! :-)
Thank you again to all of my sponsors, I really am grateful.
I ran on behalf of the The Blue Cross Animal Charity.
And a big thank you to
pirate_hussies & the Hussies for being such a wonderful cheering section - complete with flag!!! LOL
*huggles*
I'll post pics when I get them sorted out.
