So, that's that out of the way for another year. :-)

It's been really strange - I feel like I'm completely out of touch with LJ. I mean, I was ill for a couple of weeks & then busy marking, so it's been a while since I've been able to participate & post like I usually do.
I now seem to have a tonne of things that I want to catch up on & comment on but it's a little overwhelming & I'm just running around not really accomplishing anything! (g)
So, I'll just let things happen & hopefully not spam my flist too much with all the things that I've wanted to say for the past however long it's been!

A large parcel arrived the other day. I had no idea what it was & when I opened it I found these:~

Bluespirit: Well, I really like The Phantom Menace & I can definitely see the slash there - even if they are only together on screen for 20 mins - but Qui-Gon dies & I just can't cope with that. No, I'm not getting into TPM slash. Qui-Gon & Obi-Wan are gorgeous together but I'm just not going there. Anyway, I have enough fandoms as it is!

Bluespirit: Oh my god...it's a happy ending. Obi-Wan won't have to be alone, he can be with Qui-Gon forever...it's perfect, it's wonderful, it's completely hot! I have to read some slash now!

*Mr Bluespirit rolls his eyes good naturedly & thinks 'here we go again'*

So, there we go - a cautionary tale to 'never say never'. ;-)
I'm now happily wading through a huge archive of wonderful Qui/Obi stories & loving every minute of it. There's so much romance, so many first-times & lots of lovely soul bonding. ♥
Plus this is the ultimate older man/younger man fandom with lots of glorious virgin!Obi-Wan sex! Mmmmmm...yum.
And he calls him Master!
