Knees & hot pants & Keanu, oh my...

I'm a bit behind with my flist & have skimmed through & seen lots of fic that I need to read & comment on. Hooray!
How come I'm away from the PC for a day & everyone updates? (g)
I also need to catch up & answer my comments, etc - my apologies for the delay.

I ran 5 miles yesterday - it was cold but dry out & I really enjoyed it. I had my discman & managed to sing along (no doubt tunelessly) as I pounded the pavement. :-)
About 2 miles in my right knee felt a bit 'off' but then it was okay & I didn't take much notice.
Ouch!
Last night & now today my knee & calf are really sore. :-(
I've no idea why - I warmed up really thoroughly & didn't knowingly do anything to it.
I've stretched it out & put some heat & a muscle rub on it, so hopefully it'll heal quickly - I want to get back out there! :-)

We went to see Constantine yesterday afternoon.

Oh, & a quick update in the never-ending sage of my experimental!Orli muse.
He's now swishing around in nothing but a pair of gold sparkly hot pants & thigh high leather boots.
Sean & Viggo look like their eyes might pop out at any moment.
Can I just explain - the hot pants & boots have Nothing Whatsoever to do with the current fic I'm writing.
*sigh*
