Ingredients: 1/2 kg plain flour 1/4 kg margarine or butter but not salted 1/5 kg sugar 1 egg 1 baking powder (apr. 12 g) pinch of salt sour or clotted cream.
Knead them with the sour cream, use approx. 1-1,75 dl, but the material could be waxy (I hope it's the right term) not too hard or too malleable. Cut them out and bake them in a preheat oven (with 220 C). I sometimes make these: Linzerkarika (http://mindmegette.hu/lapokkepek/receptgaleriak/12000/12660_linzerkarika-egyszeruen.jpg) I glue together two pieces with jam :) If you put the cookies in a cookie box with a slice of apple they will be perfect the next day :)
