New art (sort of!)

bluespiritWell, I'm only three months late, but I've finally posted my contribution to last year's sga_art_santa in my fic & art journal.

My recipient was the lovelymella68 who has a fondness for historical AUs & McShep - two of my favourite things!
So, I decided to go for a romantic 1920s piece that was also quite festive (lots of snow. *g*)
Note: The boys aren't necessarily Lord John & Rodney from Time & Tide - but they certainly could be! *g*

And I must rec the simply gorgeous piece that the wonderful & talentedneevebrody made for me as my Secret Santa. It's called 'An Invitation for Christmas' & is an AU with a young!John&Rodney spending Christmas in their first apartment together.

I know it's been ages, but if anyone didn't check out the sga_art_santa submissions for 2012 then please do. We had the most amazing selection again, & I was so proud to be modding such a talented bunch of great artists.
