strangeandcharm is always good for a Dean/Cas fix, even if most of it is on the angsty side.

Plus, if you're in the mood for a well-written AU, I can recommend Coming Down on a Sunny Day by maychorian. The Apocalypse happens and Cas goes back in time in a last desperate attempt to stop it. Things don't go exactly as planned, and Sam and Dean gets a big brother. I usually avoid de-aging fic like the plague, but this one really sucked me in :)
