Joe squeeage!

Finally, there's a trailer for JFlan's new film - Six Bullets (thanks to my sweet [livejournal.com profile] sgamadison for the link.)

Vid here (there doesn't seem to be an embed for it.)

And the lovely [livejournal.com profile] berryann has some screen caps here! \o/  I love that he's in a check shirt - maybe he provided his own wardrobe? *g*

I don't know if it's going to be in cinemas or just go to dvd.  I really hope it gets a theatrical release - I want to see Joe on the big screen! :)

Unfortunately, it looks like it's straight to DVD (thanks to the all-Joe-knowing Berryann for the info. *g*) So, I've gone ahead & pre-ordered it - it's a late August release date. At least, we don't have too much longer to wait. :)

Where did you pre-order it? I can't find it on amazon...

Never mind! I did find it on Amazon--silly me, I was spelling out 'six'...

Yep, Amazon - it was also at play.com, too. :)

I am, apparently, an idiot. I've search Amazon using the name of the movie and the names of the actors and *still* can't find it! Help?

Got it! Thanks to both of you. Is it August yet?

I have no idea if they hoped for the theatrical release or not. Maybe that's why they'd taken it to Cannes in the first place? Or maybe it was all about promoting the DVD?

I did ask Joe about it in April but then he had no idea about its release (cinema or DVD only) still he was quite pleased with the finished product, so to say. "I was doing some voice over last week and the whole thing came out to be pretty good! Much better than I’d expected."

But the reviews I read weren't the best ones... well, Joe's character did get good reviews but that's about it.... the critics didn't seem to like the whole film at all. Not that we could have expected anything REALLY Oscar-like from JCVD anyway.... :)
