Cut for spoilers but really this is just a whole load of squee & abuse of exclamation marks! *g*

I don't have time to make screen caps like I usually do, as I'm off out in a little while, but I just had to release my squee before I exploded in a mess of fangirl joy & sparkly pink hearts all over the place. ♥

So, my reaction as bullet points of love:

+ Steve & Danny are walking into headquarters together. Ergo *snort* they drove in together. *meep*

+ Steve has to know what Danny's carrying. Oh, his little face! He just can't rest until Danny tells him. I mean really. What is this scene but another example of how completely in love Steve is with Danny? It serves no other purpose! Hee! (Also - I have such a thing for Alex-Steve in cargo pants that I can't even begin to say... fnnngh!)

In the car;
+ Steve uses Danny's words back at him. *snort*
+ The book on Steve's bedside table - yeah, Danny; like you don't actually know what's there. Next to the lube, maybe? ;)
+ Steve shuts down Danny's fantasy about Agent Kaye (of course he does cus Danny should only be fantasising about him!)
+ 'Devourer of dreams'.
+ 'Little Pacman in cargo pants'!! *dies of cute*

+ Comic book geek!Max \o/ & the boys' synchronised blank looks! LOL Max rocks!

+ Alex's hair is getting quite long. Can't see the grey as much now it's thicker. :( I like the grey! Get a haircut please, Mr O'Loughlin!

+ Scott Caan - your sexy, golden-haired forearms should be made illegal! Fnnngh!

+ 'Wassup, dog!' Oh, Danny! LOL Love Steve's little grin.

+ Kono's 'Holy air conditioning'! LOLOL

+ Love the kick-ass cousins doing their clever investigative thing!

+ Steve knows Star Trek!

+ 'I'm a commander'. 'We have that in common'. Oh, Steve! *g*

+ When the Kitty lady says 'It was like I'd known him my whole life' Danny's looking all thoughtful & Steve glances at him. Oh, yeah - they both know how that feels. ♥

+ At the beach: Steve running & keeping pace with Danny on the ATV! Just, just... \o/

+ wet!Steve! Fnnngh!

+ I like Kono's little pixie boots!

+ Hey. It's Mrs Ari!

+ I love that Steve knows people who can get him CIA files! Heh! I knew that Agent wasn't all that she seemed. *nods*

+ Steve kicks in the door! (Is it wrong that I find that so damn sexy?) 'It's above your pay grade'. Go, Steve!

+ Giggly Kono & Danny are so cute! 'It should be very filthy & you're a young lady' - oh, Danny! LOL 'I'm embarassed for you'. And then Kono does it & Danny is so impressed! High five! \o/

+ The chewing gum thing? Ewww! I am so with Steve!

+ Hmmm, Hesse was already in Hawaii? The thing with his brother wasn't his actual goal? I sense some retro-fitting of the plot.

+ Man, intense!Steve is so damn hot! Fnnngh!

+ Danny calls & Steve goes straight to him. ♥

+ LOL Johnny D - not the brightest bulb in the box, methinks. *g*

+ Ooh, I love it when they're in interrogation with that blue lighting. The boys look so yummy.

+ 'Hey, D'! Steve called Danny D! *heart does melt-y explode-y thing*

+ 'Always wanted to go to Paris'! LOL Yep, Johnny D is definitely not going to be on MENSA's waiting list. Hee - love the boys' reactions.

+ Good to see Chin doing his zen-bad ass thing in interrogation (plus, pretty blue lighting on those cheek bones! Bonus!)

+ Mrs Ari did it! (I totally called it, too. *g*)

+ Oh, my heart...love the way Danny & Steve exchange glances when Mrs Ari breaks down. Then the arm pat after 'Book 'er, Danno'. ♥

+ The O'Lough & Mark Dacascos sitting at one table - that is a whole lot of sexy. Hoooo, boy!

+ 'Say hello to my little friend. Old American proverb'. \o/ And of course Steve has his gun under the table. I mean who doesn't when they're out for a meal?! Oh, Steve!

+ I'm repeating myself, I know, but, dear lord, intense!Steve really is so damn hot! Fnnngh!

+ Oooh, the hook about something in Steve's family's past. Yikes!

Sooooo, awesome, amazing ep or what?

Johnny D made me laugh and laugh. He was very entertaining.

This ep was all kinds of cute! And sexy, oh yes, with the sexy. And the sexting. I love that Danny gets all chivalrous about it and Kono is just--outta my way, boy. :D

Very intriguing about Steve's family--I like the little tidbits we're hearing. Hesse was already in Hawaii! And maybe Steve's Dad being not-so clean? I want to know more!

I hope we see more of Johnny D - he was actually kind of cute for a bad guy. *g*
This show has some awesome baddies - like San Ming, & that cool pirate guy with his 'I rob people' line from the kidnapping ep.

Kono giggling with Danny is incredibly cute & I want more (in a totally-platonic-cus-Danny-is-Steve's kind of way please!)

Yeah, it looks like Wo Fat was implying something about Steve's dad (or maybe just trying to mess with Steve's head.)
I'm not keen on Steve keeping this from Danny & the Team though (which he seems to be at the moment.) I want my Team rock solid please!

I dunno that he is keeping it from the team as such. He'd obviously told Danny what Jenna was there for in the car and he let Jenna use his office.

It's not like Danny is going to forget that there was a CIA chick in Steve's office and anyone of the team could come in and see/meet Jenna.

So I'm going with the idea that Steve has told at least Danny some of it and it's just because they had a case that Steve didn't tell them all of it.

Oh, and, plus, Steve kinda disappeared on the case. I like to think he told Danny he was going to see a) person who could get him CIA files and b) Jenna herself.

I loved Johnny D. James Ransone has been in both Generation Kill and The Wire (and a truly insane guy in Burn Notice) and loved him in both of those and was so happy to see him in this.

That's true. It just felt a little off that Steve had agreed to meet her alone - but that's probably just me thinking that at 8pm he'd totally be with Danny (making out on the couch. *g*)

I just put these together and have decided that the whole way to work in the car Steve was trying to get Danny to tel him what was in the bag without actually asking him. Danny of course knew what he was up to but didn't bite because he loves when Steve get all riled up with him.

Yeah. I think Danny drove over to Steve's to pick him up as usual (automatically letting Steve drive because it's so not worth going through all that again!) And Steve spots the bag on the back seat & tries to play it cool but then when Danny doesn't rise to the bait he has to ask. *g*
