Ouch! Fic please?

My tooth is so sore, it's making the whole side of my face ache. :-(
I really wish now that I'd just had the tooth removed instead of letting the dentist talk me into getting a crown. It's not like it's visible anyway.
*sigh*
I think I need to curl up with a cuppa (drinking on one side & how easy is that - not!) & some good hurt/comfort McShep. Or just some lovely happy ending McShep or really, just some warm&snarky McShep.
*I'd grin but it makes my face hurt*

Anybody got any recs for me please?

And I have to thank you, because your request got my muse out of bed and let me write something when I'd been drowning in writer's block. So. =)

Oh yes, I love a good h/c - especially when I'm hurting too! This was gorgeous. I really am so grateful & I'm also so happy you've starting knocking down that writer's block! I look forward to reading lots more of your lovely McShep. :-)
