Mainly McShep

Woke up to snow this morning but it's melting already in the bright sun - but it was still pretty cold taking Rascal out!

I spent yesterday engrossed in naked John & Rodney. (g) Heh - I wish!
I was working on the manip that T'Pri asked me to make for the new McShep zine 'Military/Intelligence'.
I've made a couple of versions - one is the main illo of John & Rodney snuggling together in sleep & the other uses this snuggling image within it with a different background. I've sent them along to see what she thinks. I hope she likes them as I do actually feel pretty pleased with the main illo - they just look so natural in each other's arms. *dreamy sigh*

Watched 'Michael' last night.

Firstly I need to grump a bit - where was Rodney?! I'm suffering from NotEnoughSnarkyPhysicist-itus this morning. (g) Though his cute scene about the blue jello was adorable.
Secondly, some squeeing - mmm...soldier!John being all commanding & lickable. (Oh, yes - definitely lickable.)
And more squeeing for Trip!!! Okay - Connor Trineer. I though he was fabulous as Michael.

This ep was treading a really thin ethical line, I thought - a kind of ethnic cleansing of the Wraith. I really like that SGA can be dark & edgy like this, asking difficult questions & not always giving neatly packaged easy answers.

Mmmm....lickable...

Adorable...

It's Trip Michael!

Okay - off to run 5 miles but I'm wimping out & using the treadmill. It's too cold outside! ;-)

How fab was it to have another "genre favourite" in the lovely Trip? After Mitch, I'm hoping that eventually all my slashy faves will be on. Looking forward to Peter Wingfield next season as... an ancient? And James Marsters in Series 4 as ... an intergalactic vampire, I suspect ;-)

This and coup d'etat were seriously morally questionable, imo, and you're right that the darkness is giving the show a great edge.
