Happy Star Wars Day!
May the Fourth be with you! \o/
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
It's a long weekend here (there's a Bank Holiday on Monday.)
Mr B is running in the Milton Keynes Marathon on Monday, so that's where I'll be as chief cheerleader & bag carrier. :)
Let's hope for good weather - but not too hot please. *fc*

My daughter discovered this week that a teacher she's not really thought much of ran (and completed) the Marathon des Sables. Now that she knows what the Marathon des Sables is she's suddenly got a whole new respect for Mr I :)

Mr B & I have run a couple of marathons together, but since my knee surgery I've kept to doing half-marathons. I'm hoping to build back up to the full 26.2 if my knee will let me! *g*
Wow, the MDS - now that's some serious running! Yikes!

It looks like it's going to be hot - not great running weather & such a change from last year's race (freezing cold & torrential rain the entire day!) Oh, the great British weather. *g*

I don't think I'll ever run a full marathon, my feet and joints wouldn't survive running farther than the half one..
but never say never :p

Absolutely - never say never. I've done a couple of full marathons now & definitely want to do another. Just on a cooler day! *g*

Please wish Mr B all the best!
I'll be thinking of you both (while listening to the Blades' second leg semi-final of the play-offs!!)

Unfortunately, it was really too hot for running. Mr B struggled with the heat but managed a decent time.
Sorry your boys didn't make it.
*hugs*

There's always next year . . .
