Thanks. Sunday went okay. It was really crowded and I fell at 3 trying to get around some one who started to walk right in front of me. My calf cramped at 22 -- I think I was favoring the side I fell on. I loved the sights along the way especially the bridge and the Cutty Stark.

Oh, I'm sorry about the fall. It is a very crowded race (especially early on) but I'm so glad you enjoyed the gorgeous sights, & hopefully the cheering crowds helped you along!
