Go, Team, go! *\o/*

It's 46 days until Mr bluespirit_star & I run the London Marathon!
Woot!

My training is going well (despite a mal-tracking patella & visits to the orthopaedic consultant & referrals to the physio!)
It's Monster Month right now - a month of long & even longer 'long' runs on a Sunday - but I'm feeling pretty good. I just want to fall asleep at about 8pm every Sunday evening though. *g*

We've decided to try & raise money for three charities as each one is special to us:

* Labrador Rescue South East and Central: the amazing organisation that brought us our beautiful Buddy!

* Cancer Research UK: in memory of my wonderful & much loved dad who we lost in 2006.

* Action Heart: in celebration of Mr B's dad & his successful battle with heart disease.
