Bits & bobs

I went for a four mile run this morning.
It's the first time I've run outside for a while (except when I was in California last month) & it was wonderful.
The sun was shining & I had Robbie singing his Greatest Hits into my ear - the miles just flew by. :-)
I like using the treadmill but it doesn't compare to being outside.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the positive responses to Scattered Hearts. ♥
Thank you to everyone who has left a comment - I really do appreciate hearing what you have to say. Though there seemed to be quite a bit of *guh* & *thud*. (ggg)
